Police Officers, Deputies, Troopers, and other Law Enforcement Officers put their lives on the line each day yet many have no legal plan in place to protect themselves or their family in the event of critical injury or death. Do you fall within this group?
Who will inherit your property if you were to suffer an untimely death? What type of medical treatment and procedures do you want to receive - or avoid - if you were critically injured? Who would you want - or not want - to become the guardian of you or your children?
Now is the time to answer these questions. If you fail to plan it is extremely probable a judge, and not you, will make crucial decisions regarding you, your family, and your property. No one desires a court's intervention in such personal matters, but someone must have LEGAL AUTHORITY to act on your behalf. Being married is not enough.

Once you receive your documents and have reviewed them for accuracy the final step is to sign the documents in the presence of a Notary and two witnesses. The Notary and witnesses must be disinterested parties, this means their names cannot appear in the body of your document. Of course, their names may appear on the documents as witnesses and Notary.
