We accept personal checks for legal fees.  We are unable to accept personal checks to pay court costs.  We request all court costs be paid by money order or cashier's check.

In most matters our fees are usually based upon a flat pre-determined rate.

We understand paying for legal representation is not  always planned for and can be a hardship on some clients, that is why we offer payment plans (on a case by case basis).

We never charge a fee for Personal Injury or Wrongful Death cases until we collect compensation for our client
